We have coordinated and managed various development applications including minor variances and severances through Committee of Adjustment, plan of subdivision approval and plan registration, site plan approval and plan of condominium approval and condo plan registration.
Mid-Rise Residential Condominium
On behalf of a Royal Park Homes currently managing and coordinating site plan and zoning approvals for B-Line Condos, a 6-storey mid-rise residential condominium containing 81 units on Brown’s Line in south-Etobicoke. The Zoning By-law Amendment was approved in July 2018 and Site Plan Approval is anticipated in Fall of 2018. Preliminary site works are anticipated to begin in September 2018
Recently obtained Site Plan Approval for a multi-unit industrial building located on Gibraltar Road in the Huntington Business Park at the northwest corner of Highways 407 and 427 in Vaughan. Construction of the building began in April 2018 and is expected to be completed by year end. We have also coordinated the Condominium Approval of the project which will be heard by City Council in September 2018 with Registration of the Condominium Plan anticipated in November 2018.
Multi-Unit Industrial Conversion
On behalf of Takol Real Estate we are currently managing site plan approval and condominium approval & registration to convert an employment use building in Brampton. The 2 existing buildings will be converted from rental tenure to condominium ownership. Site plan approval was granted in July 2017 and condo registration is anticipated in fall 2017.
